By installing, accessing, or using Browser Lock ("the Extension", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

Browser Lock is provided by AppGeniusX ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AppGeniusX.

2. Description of Service

Browser Lock is a browser extension that provides password protection and security features for your web browser. The Service includes:

• Password and PIN protection for your browser
• Auto-lock functionality with customizable timeout settings
• Individual tab locking capabilities
• Kiosk mode for secure browsing sessions
• Privacy-focused features that keep your data local

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Extension, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Free Version

Browser Lock offers a free version with basic features. The free version may have limited functionality compared to paid subscriptions.

4.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.3 Lifetime License

We offer a one-time lifetime license option that provides permanent access to premium features. Lifetime licenses are non-recurring and include all future updates.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. For information about refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPGENIUSX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.3 Security Limitations

While Browser Lock provides security features to protect your browser, no security solution is 100% effective. You acknowledge that the Extension is a security tool to deter casual access and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protecting sensitive information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppGeniusX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
